Commission Regulation (EU) No 1017/2013 of 23 October 2013 refusing to authorise certain health claims made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children's development and health (1) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.

(2)

Commission Regulation (EU) No 1018/2013 of 23 October 2013 amending Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 establishing a list of permitted health claims made on foods other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children's development and health (2) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.

(3)

Commission Regulation (EU) No 1066/2013 of 30 October 2013 refusing to authorise certain health claims made on foods, other than those referring to the reduction of disease risk and to children's development and health (3) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.

(4)

Commission Regulation (EU) No 1067/2013 of 30 October 2013 amending Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 as regards maximum levels of the contaminants dioxins, dioxin-like PCBs and non-dioxin-like PCBs in liver of terrestrial animals (4) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.

Commission Regulation (EU) No 1069/2013 of 30 October 2013 amending Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the use of sodium phosphates (E 339) in natural casings for sausages (5) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.

(6)

Commission Recommendation 2013/165/EU of 27 March 2013 on the presence of T-2 and HT-2 toxin in cereals and cereal products (6) is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement.

(7)

This Decision concerns legislation regarding foodstuffs. Legislation regarding foodstuffs shall not apply to Liechtenstein as long as the application of the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products is extended to Liechtenstein, as specified in the introduction to Chapter XII of Annex II to the EEA Agreement. This Decision is therefore not to apply to Liechtenstein.
