Article 1. (Purpose) The purpose of this regulation is to define the energy saving equipments by the rational energy utilization Act Chapter 17, and to regulate the monitoring program for the energy saving equipments by the rational energy utilization Act Chapter 18.Article 2. (Scope) All related are defined in this regulation except if there are other regulations for Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) and Energy Rating Program.
