中国对韩国G/TBT/N/KOR/234号通报评议意见（英文）

The government of the People’s Republic of China thanks the government of Korea for your effort in protecting the consumer, to allow other WTO Members to make comments on the notification G/TBT/N/KOR/234. According to Article 2.9.4 of WTO/TBT Agreement that “without discrimination, allow reasonable time for other Member to make comments in writing, discuss these comments and the results, and take these written comments and the results of these discussions into account”, China would like to put forward the following comments on the notified regulation for your careful consideration:
