主要国家能效机制
检测实验室

提供测试报告的检测实验室有以下三种类型：
- 由新加坡认可委员会（the Singapore Accreditation Council，SAC）认可的可依据适用的测试标准进行测试的检测实验室；
- 新加坡以外国家的认可机构认可的检测实验室，该国的认可机构与SAC签有互认协议（MRA），可依据适用的测试标准进行测试，或；
- 制造商内部的检测实验室。
由前两种检测实验室提供的、其作为目击者在制造商内部的检测实验室进行测试的测试报告也被接受。由SAC认可的以及与SAC签有MRA的检测实验室见下表（截止2007年4月）：
